I play a healer (Inquisitor), and I can't complain about any of those classes you deem nerfable. Perhaps, just perhaps, it is your playing style and/or your equip or lack of proper teamplay. Are they one of the better classes in the game right now? Yes, but by no means are they in need of any major nerf right now.
