For DPS or healing? You can't really have a cap on a diminishing return, although some have been terming it a "soft cap". If power has one, its really high. I don't think Expertise has one or like power it is really high. Crit and surge weren't really changed much. Maybe 10% at most. Crit was generally considered around 35% before, since 10% of 35% is only 3.5% it hasn't changed much. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
