Slaign Posted April 16, 2012 Share Posted April 16, 2012 I see people talking about the plague, some sort of DNA samples, purchasing and looting new items, daily quests, etc. But I have yet to see anyone just break down exactly what the hell is going on. Can someone give me the bullet points on what this event entails? What kind of loot can I buy or find, and how? And most importantly, as the topic asks, do I need to be level 50 to do it? Thank you. A Crimson Rakghoul for doing the quest line and a Pale Rakghoul for turning in 60 DNA samples at the vendor in the dune sea. You can also get a green/black lightsaber crystal for (I think) lvl 31 and 50. Also you can get companion skins to make them look infected. The basic plot is that a ship of infected Rakghouls has crashlanded on Tatooine and there is a planet wide infection. There are several new daily quests related to this special event. There are 9 new codex entries.
