It's tied to the armoring. All post 1.2 gear have their set bonuses tied to the armor slot piece. All pre 1.2 have the set bonus tied to the shell. That is why the set bonus from battlemaster gear does not transfer but the WH gear set bonuses do Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
