Coldin Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 As I understand it, and as I've seen it work on occasion, one receives defender points for staying near a captured objective bestows defender points....which quickly awards defender medals. This seems to increase when fighting on the objective. Huttball is slightly difference, where defender points only seem to be for damaging/defeating the ball carrier. However, there has been several times now where I will sit on the objective, and not receive any defender points. Someone right next to me will be getting them, as I can see the medals coming up over their head, but I have not received any medals. This is a pretty serious problem, especially when a minimum of 3 medals is required to receive any rewards from completing a warzone, and when the maximum medals was moved from 4 to 8. Mazray Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 Yes I've noticed this on the western turret. I'm not sure if it's because you've been out of combat for a while.
