I think it is part of that ambient environment improvement. Lots of vendors speak again (or speak the correct lines now; Ithorians speaking basic ), music subtly plays more often, and a giant, loud obnoxious spaceport is heard with roaring ship engines. I agree. I think it is a bit loud and a bit much and starts blending sounds together. It should be changed. However, they are at least going in the right direction.
