What I came up with this time after awhile was the sentence, was ando prime the precursor to belsavis. Totally of the bat but does anyone understand that question? The truth is out there. Telos was completely barren and otherwise hostile environment, the planet was covered with a shield that split it into sectors, and then the restoration project restored the planet one zone at a time.
