Can anyone confirm if 2 Commandos pop SCC and then Kolto bomb someone, is their Damage Reduction -20%? I've really been thinking about 1.2 allot from a Developer standpoint. I think they are having issues with Stacking certain classes together and additive buffs and tuning encounters. Which would make sense why allot of stuff has been cut in half. To discourage this type of behaviour. Kolto bomb, if 2 commandos bomb the target at the same time is that a 10% increase in healing? See where I'm going with this?
