Better, but still not groundbreakingfor 3 points.

 

I really hope they will increase hamstring's snare to at least 9 seconds. Why should we spam a DoT attack to keep someone snared? Ideally it should be exactly as long as the DoT portion, but it'd be probably a bit too much.

 

It takes 6 pnts to get the snare (1 for gut, 3 for serrated, 1 for combat tactics, 1 for hamstring), and only 3 points for interrogation probe (1 for probe, two for snare), the sniper's 18s dot with an 18s cooldown that has a 30% snare and constant damage.

 

The only difference is that gut can be spammed to slow a team. Interrogation probe can only work once

In that case, I'd say 15 seconds on a 30% snare wouldn't be too much. The probe has a cooldown, but it's 30m range - besides, as a melee class (and tactics vanguards are very much so) we should have access to a reliable snare.
