ByeToWoW Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 If... -I am focusing on PvP -I don't care about guarding anyone -I want to maximize by damage output (burst and/or sustained... don't care) -I absolutely hate dealing with ammo, so the more efficient the build, the better And... -I MUST have Storm incorporated into the build somehow Then... What would you all suggest for a build? What cell to run with it too? Currently level 47 with 31 into Shield. I like it. But I want to experiment for more damage at a trade of less utility/survivability to see what happens. I have tried other builds at lower levels without Storm, and, I hated not having that ability.
