As you can see, crit gained from strength does not diminish, though the gains are smaller than actual crit rating. It looks like gains are fairly linear till about 400 crit rating, and then after 800 DR starts hitting hard. If you're already sitting at 35% buffed, you'll be well over 50% with juyo mastery and malice. At this point you may want to push your power higher instead.
