Caras
Though many of the servers are starting to show "full" status, does this actually mean they're full? Or could it simply be a case that Bioware set a low limit on numbers today, so that a server with, say, 500 shows as full, but a week from now, they increase the numbers so that 5,000 is full. I don't know how gaming servers work well enough to know, but couldn't they technically set 3 players as "full" on any given server, and change that later? Attaraxia
% population > x = display "full" meaning that as the population approaches cap, the display name will change to show 'full', likely shortly BEFORE the population actually reaches the cap. this cap is arbitrary, and can be changed. it is NOT cause for worry at this time. servers will be capped low to spread the population out. Quick_Stop
People have confirmed that no server is full in game. The Status "Full" Seems to be on average around 200 players being displayed on the server status page. http://www.swtor.com/server-status
Caras
Thanks gents (or ladies, as the case may be). Primary concern was a friend who'll be 2-3 days behind me on EGA. Didn't want to get into a full server today if it was truly full. Figured they might be setting caps artificially low.
