LaserToTheFace Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 (edited) I have a Plantronics .Audio 626 DSP headset. My headset is recognized by Windows 7, but my mic does not pick up sound. I've tried unplugging it, plugging it back in, restarting my computer, messing with drivers (all of my drivers are up to date), messing with sound settings. I've had my headset for a about 2 years, and it's gone through quite a bit of punishment. Any ideas? soulself Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 I seem to have this problem a lot, mostly get is fixed by deleting my sound drivers then restarting the pc, it ill re install the drivers and the mic should work fine after that ... but that is just what i have been doing so not 100% sure it will work for you.
