Priceless...and brilliant.

 

We had an issue with an incorrectly looted Columi piece here 3 weeks ago....My friend sent a ticket to get it transferred to the correct class in our group that should have received the item....

 

18 days later..

 

Customer service send him a reply, saying they checked his inventory and the item wasnt present, so they could not transfer it..

 

His response was " Thankyou for your SPEEDY response, my friend has since looted 5 pairs of glove's, and I used the glove token 1 week ago.....9 days after submitting the original ticket...for the record im glad my character wasnt stuck somewhere, Goodbye"
