Painrift Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Just wanted to say a big thanks to bioware/L-A for thinking of us Australians & Kewi's for a change and providing local based servers, after the last few big MMORPG's having an average ping of 180-400++ for most of us on this side of the world. But now on swtor having a stable ping of around 25-45ish is just all types of win! especially when you intend on pvping like i do. i dont think there has been a mmorpg on this type of scale ever in Aus with such a low ping ! the last one that was close was Warhammer online which was 80-120ish from memory. ive been following this game for awhile now and it took a lot of will power to contain my inner star wars/MMorpg nerd and wait for the delayed Aus launch unlike many of my Aus fellow gamers who jumped in from the US/Euro launch, very glad i waited so far luving the game so far looking forward to getting lost in the grind/pvp thanks again !
