Grovestream Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 Okay either i'm missing something or there's a weird problem with my particular game. I'm currently a level 30 vanguard and focusing on the tanking tree and neither my storms cc or "defensive measures" (which gives harpoon the ability to immobilize targets) seem to be working. I've checked the vanguard forums and haven't stumbled upon anyone mentioning this, it would be appreciated if someone could bring me some clarification. Hethroin Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 Immobilize is not the same as incapacitate. Targets will not be able to move, but can still use skills. Some specs have immobilization break-out as a part of their set of skills. Be specific about what you are harpooning and what they are doing after the fact.
