Eliminator or Combat Tech? Combat Tech is basically made for AP. You are always in the thick of things, so Carbonize's +0.5 seconds leads to some powerful Flame Thrower ownage. Furthermore, the 15% crit chance on Rocket Punch, which in turn gains 30% damage boost on crit via AP, allows you to deal a great deal of burst damage with just three abilities (Immolate -> Rocket Punch -> Charged Gauntlets procced Rail Shot against a DoTted foe).
