Soshla Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 I tested it on my Commando a little while after hearing someone posting on the forums about it. Was working fine. Did a test of 10 HiB, got a 25% increase with 5 stacks of Charged Barrel. That's close enough to be attributable to the normal damage variability.
