I saw a huge increase in dmg, health and mitigation when I hit 40 and equipped the full 40 pvp set I had waiting for me. Put the pVP on you, Give Elara what you're wearing now unless the armor you have now is superior. Make sure to take the best mods from your current set if they will upgrade the PVP set,.
