jamesaff Posted February 25, 2012 Share Posted February 25, 2012 So I am based out of central US and I was playing on a euro server with a buddy of mine who is obv from overseas and I was getting 150 ms, got 2 level 50 and decided I wanted to roll an alt on servers based outta the US and I cant seem to find one where I have a ms below 150. I have 2 mb dedicated line so not really sure why this as an issue I have ms/ping levels at like 10-30 playing WoW. Any advice would be nice would like to play on a server with a really good connection. Oh also PvP server is pretty much a most. Thanks for any advice in advance. Cleet_Xia Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 It may be that the EU servers are actually sitting in Austin with the rest of the servers - and the whole system is lagging at 150ms over your internet connection. I too have been playing on an EU server while located in CST, and I havn't noticed latency like that unless the server is fairly saturated with players.
