Ace_In_The_Hole Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 I am new to my commando and was wondering if anyone else has had an issue (it only seems to happen in PvP) where HiB will be lit up like it can be used but then says target is not vulnerable to attack. I have tried to activate and it and it doesn't work. then it is still lit and even when i try again it fails to shoot. BroadStreetBully Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 HiB only works against targets taking periodic damage (i.e. affected by a DoT) or ones that are incapacitated. If the target doesn't meet either of these criteria, then you can't use the ability. This is why HiB comes after GR in the rotation.
