I would like to hear some opinions on whether the 4 point is worth it for eliminators, seems like it is but the 2 equip is useless to us. Riulassher Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 It depends on how much do you expect to play various Assault specs with HIB procs. Eliminator is great for Assault specs. A 50% crit chance for HIB without using any CDs is really nice. Combat Tech is better for builds that do not have HIB cd reset procs (Shield, Tactics, Shield/Tactics hybrids). Supercommando with Eliminator/Combat Tech mods is also a great armor for builds using Ion Cell. Guard anyone and get flat +5% damage increase.
