I don't want to provide a potentially insulting answer so we need more information. If you're just searching for a guild the forums are a good place to start. If you go to the server group forums, they break it down by server type (are you looking for an RP server or PvE etc?) and then by alphabetical sections. If you have already rolled on a server, just look for where yours would be. (For instance, my server, Jedi Covenant is in the H-Ka section) If you haven't chosen a server yet or don't care, your search is wider. you could visit each of the forums and see if any guilds that are looking for people match what you want.
