Healing mobs

Anyone else got a major problem with this? Yesterday I beat the Supreme Guards after many tries and only taking one down. Just today I ran into an even worse problem in the chain leading up to Battle for Ilum. In one of the caves there were two healing mobs, this time that I could not out-DPS. They had two heal spells that they would chain cast on each other, making it impossible for me to beat them. I only got past there by dying/ressing past them.

 

The problem I see is that all our stuns/interrupts are on timers while heal spells typically aren't (Or a very short timer). In addition, Quell, our main interrupt, only stops the spell being cast. Since healers have multiple heal spells, they can just immediately pull up their second heal spell, either forcing it through or burning one of our stuns.

 

IMO Quell should work as a universal silence. What I find extremely strange is that most RPGs that I can think of make it like that, I don't know why this game should be any different.
