The balance tree is crit focused but there is very little crit on the stalker sets, which is the most usefull if you look at the set bonus and the set bonuses are quite bad for balance aswell compared to the other specs. Ofcourse there is a little difference between pvp and pve sets but non of them really work for balance. This might be a problem for balance sages aswell and ofcours the imperial counterparts.
