Been posted about for months in the powertech forums, in game tickets basically say look for fix in a future patch (whenever that will be), no mention by the devs in the forums of a possible timeline for a fix. Best recommendation is that if your using a rail gun build (such a Pyro build) use the eliminator set (2pc is worthless but doesn't hurt anything), or use the tank set if your making a tank build (replace the mods with DPS mods though).
