I am not sure if this topic has been brought up before, if so please ignore this post.Twice now, when I have opened up my codex page in the game, I see an entry for "Outlaw's den". However, it is not really obtained hence when I reopen the codex page the entry is gone. I can only assume this is a bug of some sort. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
