I recieved an item that says "Supplies" and is described as adding an optional quest reward for the quest FRIGID EXPEDITION. I finished the quest and saw nothing about using it. it's still in my inventory. Am i doin something wrong or is it useless or is it bugged? Anybody else have this happen? There's a quest where you have to go into a cave to battle the leader of..the Brotherhood (?)...can't recall if that's the right name. But he's inside an ice cave and while you are in there a debuff hits you causing your character to shiver and rub their hands every minute or so. Can't recall exactly what kind of debuff it is. But if you use the special cold weather supplies, you are immune. For some reason, there is no prompt to use this item during this quest. There is a stim, that stacks with other stims that comes from the Hoth world quest. Supplies the optional reward from Frigid Expedition is not the same item.
