Going up the middle for PVP has stopped making sense to me at all... but people make it work. Look at oozo's spec, it's around here somewhere. Top 3 things I dislike about it: I find gut and incind do pretty much the same crappy dot... you kinda want one or the other in your rotation, not both. You've got plasma snaring (but not 100% guarantee application), but your runspeed in high energy... i realize points the bottom of the left side is slim pickings when you don't run plasma but there are pvp talents there that you've missed. HIB is not max specced for damage. Overall, you've given up the burst of assault for none of the perks. My opinion certainly doesn't mean you can't make it work though.
