WJCK
I just recently switched to Watchman as a level 50 and was curious about the attacks listed above. Do the dots from Cauterize and Overload Saber do static dmg or are they affected by our attack dmg?
Neithian
Affected by attack damage, including inspiration and power relics.
WJCK
Ok. I know there is a stat priority thread in this forum but I would think stat priority would depend on spec. What is the stat priority for Watchman in pve? Edited February 9, 2012 by WJCK
Neithian
100% accuracy>Strength>Power>Surge>Crit Edit: It is in this thread along with stat values/how they work. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=47695 Edited February 9, 2012 by Neithian
WJCK
The thread doesn't specify, so 100% accuracy just for main hand?
Coramac
You don't need 100% accuracy. You need 95% or less. All specials have 10% hit. Mobs have horrendous defense.
SteveGarbage
For secondary my opinion is Power>Surge>Crit. I'm still confused about the benefit of accuracy in PvE. Some people say it's useless, other people say it increases damage. I haven't tested it myself. I've also heard focus on getting Crit to 30%, Surge to 80% then go Power to round it out.
