SteveGarbage Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Cauterize will replace if you use it again before it's completely burned off of your opponent, unlike Overload Saber which stacks. So if you get the CD reset, watch the enemy status bar until it dissipates. Cauterize ticks pretty quickly so unless it resets immediately after you use it, it's probably worn off by the time you're ready to use it again.
