I cant wait until they release support for players personally. Have you submitted a ticket recently? its like a 3-4 week wait time. Where is the priority system? I was once trapped in an airlock for 18 hours because I had to wait for my Emergency Fleet Pass to come off cooldown because I couldnt get a response on that ticket. To this day i havent got a response. The status of the ticket just changed to "Closed" one day without even a "hey, sorry we couldnt get to you on such an urgent matter for over 18 hours" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
