I've been force choked while that is up, happens pretty regular so I'm pretty sure that one I'm not immune to. However, I just got finished with a wz where I had Hold the line up and I was still stunned from the flash bang equivalent of the agent as well as the sorc stun. It's immunity to movement impairing effects (roots and slows), knockdowns, and physics (knockbacks). Stuns and Mezs are not included, it's mostly a way to keep on an annoying target in combat, or not get knocked off a bridge/pulled while carrying the ball. Thanks for clearing that up that that doesn't include stuns. edit: Well I just looked at the tooltip and it does say movement impairing. I could have sworn it said all immobilizing effects before.
