I checked the first 4 planet's social vendors with my Trooper and never saw anything then Light. NEVER looked again, why even bother i'll never get anything from it. They make them all light armor so EVERYONE could wear them, but i agree i like the look of some of the social gear but since I'm tank i need to stay in heavy armor. But i don't see why medium armor DPS classes shouldn't wear it, thanks to the moding system all the stat boots will be identical to any modable medium armor with just a small penalty to the armor.
