Nubja Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 Hi, I'm kinda new to this game and I'm leveling a BH mercenary with the only aim of doing high-end raids but as a dps char. But my question is, is BH mercenary doomed to be a healer in high end raid just like what happend to most priests and paladins in vanilla ?( sorry to bring wow up on these forums I know it makes some people nuts ). Or is a dps mercenary also very viable and able to compete with other dps classes. I just want to know if I'll be forced to end up as a healer when I get to do raids at max level. Some guilds/raid configurations will have strict needs for raiding, and this means your lack of utility may get you passed over as a healer. This does not mean you cannot heal well, and it doesn't mean you're not going to get raiding groups. Mercs are fantastic healers. Arsenal DPS is very solid. You can't go wrong with it.
