SpikeRosered Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 I think they are either rare drops from operations or already attached to a piece of Jedi pvp/pve set armor. My guess is the prior, likely a rare drop from a boss in an operation. I think it's stuff like crystals, speeders, and the like that you hope to drop in the raid.
