Engineers: Snipe or Overload Shot

Fellow Imperial Engineers, do you prefer to use Snipe, or Overload Shot as your 'energy dump' while your probes are on cooldown?

Snipe, overload shot hits like a wet noodle.

Fragmentation Grenade first (if it can hit more than one target),

 

then Corrosive Dart (if there will be enough time for it to tick for its full duration),

 

then Snipe (if there's enough time to stand still for its activation time),

 

then Fragmentation Grenade anyway.

 

 

For Engineering, Overload Shot does less damage and is less energy-efficient than Frag Grenade, even against a single target.

Thanks for the answers and i do agree that Snipe is the better of the two, and while mobile it's better to use frag grenades between rifle shots.

I don't see explosive probe.
