Xenokane Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 (edited) In tank role when specing into harnessed darkness your shock and wither are supposed to give you a 100% chance to get a harnessed darkness. with 3 stacks of harnessed darkness it increases your dmg of force lightning by 25% and heals you for 3% of hp per tick. They also changed the tooltip on Induction - it says it requires Surging Charge to work, but currently it doesn't.
