LeandraNyx Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Very frustrating -- just got off the phone with Customer Service, but their only advice at the moment was to wait a couple of hours to see if it resolves itself. More frustrating is that my husband can log in to his account, but I can't log in to mine -- the only difference between ours being that mine has a security key.
