Taramriel Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Pretty much what the title says. I found this to be reflective of good quality customer service in WoW. Credit where it's due. I do not like or appreciate the generic replies and auto-closing of tickets to issues I have as a customer of the game. I would like to speak to a human rather than an automated response, which is often the only response a vast amount of players will ever receive.
