If you're asking who is purely more skilled, then I would say Jango, as he isn't a near immortal being who still earned a huge name for himself. Now, if you're putting the two of them in a contained area with only their own weapons and abilities for them to use, Durge will win. Jango could shoot him full of holes and blow him up, but Durge will regenerate.
