To help with all the server imballance issues mabby Bioware should put a temporary faction chang from empire to republic. Im sure it would help out a bit. Unlike WoW (from where your getting this idea from no doubt) where there is a 1v1 comparison between class/faction, the classes are not the same. It's easy enough to reroll.
