I have just finished BT HM with a pug group, after the FP I was told by the group that they were heading to do False Emperor but my DPS was to low to do it. Now I am no expert in DPS but I am all equipped with the purple mods from Illum and Bel all all my slots gun,head,chest etc and am using the following talents 8/31/2 - http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#301hMhZMsRrRrfk0sZb.1 I am hitting rail shot each time it is available and am using relic on use effects etc, can you see anything incorrect with my build that gave them reason to say this? ZNICK Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 (edited) Probably that you have an AP build rather than Pyro... people are shallow and make decisions based on theory sometimes... but some groups will automatically look for a pyro if they have a Powertech. (pyro IS a lot better in pure DPS though) I hope they end up needing an off tank and fail because of it... when you could have handled it. ZNICK Posted January 22, 2012 Share Posted January 22, 2012 (edited) For starters, you do NOT have "Advanced Pyro", you don't have a Pyro build at alll, you have "Advanced Prototype"... which is sub-par in DPS to Pyro.
