People are being charged and not having their accounts reopened. Did it while I still could log into game. Pretty bad that it isn't fixed yet, account management is something that should have no bugs and run flawless straight from start. Like it was when the website had queues all the time at launch and it could take up to 2 hours for a new player to create an account. I understand that I didn't get a reply on my ticket, cause I aimed straight out, yet it is unacceptable that such doesn't work perfect.
