BlazingShadow Posted January 20, 2012 Share Posted January 20, 2012 (edited) I've been using RB for a couple of weeks. If you're into ONLY PvE, then heatblast is your choice. If you prefer to be well-rounded, then I'd reccomend retractable blade. The tradeoff is an additional DoT, twice as powerful as (and in addition to) our ion energy DoT, instead of what amounts to a free flameburst and 8 refunded heat -every 15 seconds- So, added DoT damage, or a minor heat refund?
