audiomurphy Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 Hope this helps...... Every time you log into game or website, you must enter a new security key. To do this just press the button on the key fob and enter it into the appropriate place. Hurry, the number will only appear in the window of the key fob, for 15 seconds approx. mickrodgers Posted January 19, 2012 Author Share Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) hi yep that works on my IPAD but when i put the app on my Phone it asks for a serial Number 7 digit it to set up so i can you the app on my phone aswell as my ipad then it askes for Activation code which is 20 digits then Reactivate password on my Phone it all works fine on my ipad but need to set up on phone if that makes more sence Edited January 19, 2012 by mickrodgers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Imagine them as two separate physical security tokens. What you're trying to do is set up two security tokens to work with one account which can't happen for security reasons.
