8 Hours for a response on a glaring problem that was making game play for a faction unplayable? It's their JOB to monitor and respond to their clients, that's what keeps people playing and subscribing. It's not the fact that there were bugs or the patch wasn't launched as intended, its that it took HOURS to get a response.

These are issue that make people unhappy. Just because you can sit back and afford to pay month to month waiting for the game to fix itself, others won't pay for something they don't enjoy.
