Guurzak
Burnout isn't a high-value return on your skillpoint investment. If you're not going all the way to AP I'd probably move those elsewhere.
Freeborne
I guess my first thought is that you seem to deliberately avoiding all the great survival skills in Assault Specialist that will be useful in PvP. 1. Parallatic Combat Stims. You will get stunned, slowed, snarred, etc. very frequently in Combat. The energy return from this is better than a 30 sec drop on your recharge cell CD. 2. Degauss. A 100% chance to remove all movement impairments with your Damage Shield is very helpful. 3. Reflexive Shield. Shaving 3 seconds off you Reactive shields 2 minute cool down every 1.5 seconds you're taking damage? This is an insanely useful talent. I would personally pull a lot of your points out of Shield Specialist, and boost up Assault Specalist more. Like this: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#8010MZMs0MZfhrrdhhrM.1 As for Assault Plastique: I need to see what (if any) the damage different is between it and Sticky Grenade. There's not many times you'll want to limit your DPS to one target in PvP if you can go multi. Sticky Grenades would me much better to defend points/doors in Alderaan/Void Star. Unless at 50 Assault Plastique gives you substantial boost, I'd say don't bother. I will be focusing on assault specialist on my vanguard as I level him up. Edit: I also put 2 Tactical Tools because Harpoon is a great tool for Warzones, and Pulse Cannon is another great ability to keep people off of points/doors in Alderaan/Voidstar.
