Meetra Surik was backstabbed by Lord Scourge (the companion) when attacking the Emperor with Revan and Scourge. This happens before Revan is imprisoned by the Emperor, it is after that fight that Revan is taken by the Empire thanks to the turning of Lord Scourge.
