For most builds, it allows you to simply incorporate Dispatch into your rotation in place of a Slash, as opposed to having to scavenge for an extra point of focus to fuel that DPS booster. Talorra Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 The set bonus is crap, but what else could they have done? Increased damage would have been stupidly OP. Skills take care of focus and centering generation. Burns for watchman get buffed with Zen. You start running into build specific things really quickly, and balancing that would be a nightmare.
